Article 377 – A Historic Judgment
of Supreme Court for Gays, Bisexual, Transgender and Lesbian
Chief Justice Dipak Misra has created a history of
sorts in this Judgment and gave relief to this deprived community who were previously
ignored by one and all.
“Respect for individual choice is the essence of
liberty, that the LGBT community possesses equal rights.”
LGBT are human being
like us and they have attained sexual freedom of their choice from the top
court.
