Sexual Harassment Case against CJI Ranjan Gogoi heard by himself

In the history of Supreme Court such case before a sitting CJI never came up.

Supreme Court is Satyamev Jayate (सत्यमेव जयते). The Apex Court is haunted by some political party whose important cases are to be heard soon.

This is nothing but witch haunting.

I appeal President Ram Nath Kovind to device some solution of this case which questions the sacredness, truthfulness and integrity of Supreme Court.

 

It is stigma on the face of whole legal fraternity who racked up this case at a critical time when elections are going on and to destabilize the CJI for narrow gains.
