nearly advocated harmony factor in governance and decision taking. In 2010, Commonwealth Game Delhi governed
by Ex CM Sheela Dixit. No feud between LG & CM, best governing capital
became garden neat and clean.
The MCD having hay day and
filling their pockets with fat bribe turning the city into urban slum / gas
chamber.
