I have written on Page No.223 in Kashmir Today Chapter, “Indian people as a nation face an overbearing question mark. Is there a national policy in place regarding the Kashmir Conflict?”

Raghubir Lal Anand feels that there is no policy on Kashmir and our Govt. is not interested to formulate a comprehensive and meaningful policy on Jammu & Kashmir. Only a resolution has been passed by the parliament that Jammu & Kashmir is integral part of India and the policy ends here.

This is not a healthy and meaningful. The fact is that we are not interested for a workable and meaningful policy. We have to debate the same and take into the confidence all political parties, ministry of external affairs, home ministry, defense ministry, both the houses of parliament to take a solid stand on relation with Pakistan and powers of the State Govt. We should review also Article 370 in details and its impact right from 1947 to Date.

We should also deal with Hurriyat and other Islamic factions who are waging war against the state and the political parties and their role should be decided.

Now, in the changing conditions and conflict with Pakistan we should have a policy to deal with the enemy a firm stand whether we should engage our self with Pakistan or write off due to continued conflict.

The other day on 27^th November 2015, I wrote a blog that “Cancel Cricket tour of Indo-Pakistan in Sri Lanka as the situation on LOC/IB is not conducive to play cricket as cricket is a gentlemen’s game and Pakistan is a Terrorist State.”

Recently, Mr. Kirti Azad (MP of Lok Sabha, Darbhanga, Bihar, is a former Cricketer 1980-1986) who has read my book IS GOD DEAD????? Mr. Kirti Azad has vindicated my point, I wrote on 27^th November 2015 that at this critical time we should not play cricket with Pakistan on Sri Lanka venue as Pak is an enemy country and beheading our Jawans on Jammu & Kashmir front and daily our brave Col. & Gen. ranks officers are being killed.

He also said that we should not talk to Nawaz Sharif who has recently told to Prime Minister David Cameron in U.K. that he is prepared to talk to India without any condition.

Raghubir Lal Anand suggests the P.M. Modi Ji should not talk to Nawaj Sharif as recently his statement which I put on blog dated 28/11/15 "Pakistan does not consider Kashmir to be a geographical or border dispute but a dispute due to the unfinished business of Partition of the subcontinent in 1947," Mr Sharif writes in his letter to Ms Andrabi, who heads the outfit Dukhtaran-e-Millat in J&K.

There is no sense in talking Nawaz Sharif instead we should talk to Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif as U.S. always talk to him and it will be a meaningful game with the condition that Pakistan should get out from Saichen Glasiar.

Anurag Thakur should not think that he is the head of cricket he had earlier promised to the country that we will not play with Pakistan. He should tell this beautiful nation incredible India how much Pakistan’s (PCB) has paid him the bribe to alter his decision. He has done shameful act and should apologies to the nation.

“Sawchchh Bharat” is a sham and it has become only a photo session. Garbage is lying on streets and lanes everywhere.

Air pollution, water pollution and food poisoning is prevailing at a high wrist level and people have no respite from these problems.

Living in Metro Cities is buying death / disease and children and woman are worst affected, senior citizen also.

Prices of all the essential commodities have sky rocketed and still people are buying cars which are standing every where no parking space and people are having difficulty in walking on streets as well as residential lanes. In parks also people are putting their cars and a lot of problems is created for morning and evening walk.

The emission coming out from autos and trucks has poisonous fumes and making the life of the citizens a hell like and generates uncontrollable diseases related to breathing, heart and mind etc.

The commodities selling in the market for consumption as food and vegetables contain high quantity of pesticide. Thus, spreading cancer like diseases.

Children of the age of 13 to 15 have started consuming beer, whisky, smoking, Gutkha-Pan Masala eating and very dangerous narcotic which destroys their body and mind. Such cases are at alarming stage and people should try to arrest this growth. Otherwise consequences shall be toxic for the society and country as a whole.

People are not reading good books but seeing pornography which is easily available on the net and wasting their good time of life and getting mentally exhausted as well as morally.

We are spending time with Fake Babas and God Gurus who are looting the community for their own lust for money and sex.

Solution - Plant tress wherever you find the space, use public transport for mobility, keep your life simple, eat simple, avoid pornography yourself and advice your children also, do not blame each other but stand united (Hindu-Muslim Unity), ask the municipals to make clean and simple toilets with adequate water. Do not drink, smoke, eat pan masala, gutkha and other tobacco products etc. and keep away yourself from brown sugar and smoke and your children’s also. Make a healthy, wealthy India.

U.N. Resolution August 13, 1948 - This is the most significant resolution passed by the UN on the state of Jammu & Kashmir. It clearly states that Pakistan was to vacate its troops from the whole of the state. That the withdrawal never took place.

Raghubir Lal Anand take this as a serious note of Pakistan’s and Dr. Farooq Abdullah, fake and fabricated above statement. In my blog on 10 November 2015, The Pakistan should also free Siachen Glacier and take out its forces from POK as per the U.N. resolution of 1947.

What P.M. Modi Should Do?

The other day on 1 August 2015, I wrote a blog, “India is passing though a critical situation these days and anything can happen anytime and we should be alive for the bad moments and face it with our full strength to keep the dignity and honor of the people of India which should be our meaning to do the things in anticipation.”

1.   Cancel Cricket tour of Indo-Pakistan in Sri Lanka as the situation on LOC/IB is not conducive to play cricket as cricket is a gentlemen’s game and Pakistan is a Terrorist State.

2.   Withdraw the aid of 80068 Crores to Jammu & Kashmir and emphasis should be on the relief and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pundits 62000 in numbers.

3.   Should not discuss “Intolerance” in Parliament. It is wastage of time and bring ill will between Hindus & Muslims. Unity of Hindu-Muslim is need of the hour.

4.   Give space for Army Training in Jammu & Kashmir as requisitioned by defense personals in J&K.

5.   Some mechanism should be evolved to stop the firing on the borders and peace restored in consultation with State Govt. and Centre. Befitting reply given to Pak is not sufficient.

6.   Prices are rising of Dal-Dalhan and other commodities. The Govt. should go in deep and solve this problem.

7.   Suicides by farmers are on increase and Govt. is not listening. No Payment has been made to sugar cane growers in U.P. and Maharashtra in spite of promises. P.M. Modi should personally look in to the matter as half of India is reeling under drought.

Raghubir Lal Anand requests Honorable Indian Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi to do something in the above matter on urgent basis as he has no time to attend these problems being on constant tours to hear the chant Modi Modi.

On the other day on 7^th November 2015, I wrote a blog on Aid of 80068 Crores should be stopped with immediate effect. Otherwise the results will be dangerous and counterproductive. This is not the right time to give relief to Hurriyat lovers and people waging war against the state and killing the army and martyrdom of Col Santosh Mahadik is apparent in the mind of people today.

My point has been vindicated by The Hindu a daily newspaper in editorial column, 27 November 2015, Friday Page No.10, although Raghubir Lal Anand is an ordinary person but my blog are so meaningful and penetrative that the print media and electronics media have given respect to my thoughts.

Zee Media has started a programme on the worst plight of Kashmiri Pundits who were thrown out mercilessly by Islamic Jihadists of Kashmir are still rotting in camps and third class accommodation and there is no respite from the man made calamities on them and our Honorable Prime Minister giving 80068 Crores to fundamentalist and aiding Pakistan to kill our Jawans in Jammu & Kashmir. Since, P.M. Modi Ji has joined as P.M. the situation in J&K has deteriorated and valley is giving warning signals that PDP – BJP alliance is a blunder and utter failure and casted heavily for the destruction of army men and materials.

We are just debating and wasting time on unnecessary discussion on “Intolerance” in the Parliament. We should discuss Kashmir and give healing touch to the difficulties of 62000 Kashmiri Pundits who are on the brink of disaster and elimination and extinction.

We should not play Cricket Match with Pakistan in Sri Lanka. Because, this is not the right time and valley is giving dangerous signals before the set of winter.

Recently in Egypt a Russian Civil Plane was blasted a mid air and ISIS took the responsibility. On 24^th November 2015, Turkey downs Russian warplane near Syria border, Putin warns of 'serious consequences'. Since, Russia in favour of Assad’s Shiah regime and U.S. is aiding Sunni ISIS cadre.

When P.M. Modi visited U.K., he had to face Kashmiris, Sikhs and others who were living in U.K. branded him murderer, hardcore Hindu Talibaan and the electronic media as well print put him a question about Intolerance in his regime.

Recently on 23/11/15 on Monday Actor Amir Khan joined the bandwagon of the people who returned their awards and Actor Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on rising “Intolerance” in India.

On 4th November 2015, Raghubir Lal asked the world – “Who is intolerant? – Modi or Muslims.”

Amir Khan is a famous personality in Bollywood and he is liked with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan not only in India but all over the world. All the Khans have been advocating Hindu-Muslim Unity as their theme in films also.

The recent statement of the Khans is a signal towards Modi Ji and his party, the regime has become “Intolerant” when Sudhir Chaudhary awardees the R.N. Goenka Excellence in Journalism Award, is Journalist in Zee Media put him a question “regarding” the supreme sacrifice of Col. Santosh Mahadik who was killed by terrorist on 17^th November 2015 in Jammu & Kashmir while fighting with terrorist. Amir Khan evaded the question………….

I hope the world would have got the answer of “Intolerance” may be related to God Guru Dawood Ibrahim, now living in Pakistan and ruling over Indian Muslims and financing films and getting gate money.

The other day on 1 August 2015, “India is passing though a critical situation these days and anything can happen anytime and we should be alive for the bad moments and face it with our full strength to keep the dignity and honor of the people of India which should be our meaning to do the things in anticipation.”

ISI Pakistan and ISIS two organizations are enemies of India and wants to kill all he Non-Muslims in this beautiful incredible India. The reason being they want Nizaam-E-Mustafa (Pan Islamic) in Bharatkhande as Aryan’s, Ancient Indus Valley Civilization is to be eliminated and Islamic order has to be restored. They oppose the Aryan Culture and religion based on Vedic Order.

They have eliminated 7 Lacs Kashmiri Pundits from the valley of Kashmir which is a 5000 years old Brahmanical Culture. Now, Only 62000 Kashmiri Pundits have opted for the return to their homeland but all in vain. 25 Yeas have been passed till they are rotting in camps and there is no justice or rehabilitation for them. They have become refuges in their own country.

Raghubir Lal Anand predicts that the strength of Islamic terrorism is getting bolder and bolder day by day and anytime, anything could happen.

The need of the hour is that Indian Muslims and Hindus should have unity of zero tolerance and faith in democratic norms and secular living. Otherwise……………..

In today’s Times of India News 19 November 2015 on Page 17, “the union cabinet on Wednesday 18 November 2015 cleared a proposal to provide state Govt. jobs and transit accommodation in the Kashmir valley for thousands of Kashmiri migrants forced to flee their homes in early 1990”.

The cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Modi also approved a proposal to provide relief to the migrants of the hilly areas of Jammu division at par with relief being provided to the Kashmiri migrants – Rs.13.45 Crore annually. The new proposal provides for additional 3000 State Govt. Jobs to the Kashmiri migrants with financial assistance from the Central Govt. and construction of transit accommodation in the valley for migrants to whom State Govt. jobs are given.

Since, the separatist have negated the aid announced on 7^th November 2015 by the P.M. Modi. Aid of 80068 Crore should be stopped with immediate effect. Otherwise the results will be dangerous and counterproductive. Remembering Indira Gandhi On Her 98^th Birth Anniversary 19^th November 2015

I salute the Iron Lady, the strength who generated in Indian politics and brought an earthquake in the whole world and finished the concept of partition of Bharatkhande once for all by declaring Bangladesh in 1971 to the Bengali Muslims who were fed up with Pakistan. She took in custody a mighty Pakistan army numbering 95000.

She gave dignity to the nation by hanging a Kashmiri separatist who have killed many Indian officers in Kashmir. She was an embodiment of Goddess Durga and respected personality the world over. Her birth is a birth which will never take place for 1000 years to come.

Raghubir Lal Anand recalls those days, when Mr. Yashpal Kapoor was a leader of Indian National Congress and a close aide of Indira Gandhi. He was a member of the Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh from 1972 to 1978, those days I used to go P.M. house for some employment etc.

Sorry to note that in media, there is no remembering of Indira Gandhi and DAVP has not given any indication in print media.

P.M. Modi has not said anything on the birth anniversary as it is his sweet will and nobody can force him.

French Tragedy –13 November 2015 “A Black Friday” For The Whole Civilized World

I pay my deep felt condolences to the people and their families who have died in horrific attack by ISIS. My condolences belongs to whole civilized world and prey Almighty that such incident should never happen for all times to come.

The President of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has put before the world that 40 countries are funding ISIS. This is a very serious and meaningful comment on those who are engaged with ISIS. I would not like to name for courtesy sake.

I would suggest France as well as European countries where Muslims are living in large numbers to impose “Zazzia” (tax) which is valid under Islamic laws. This will give identity as well as the tax payers shall have a responsibility towards the county where they live. This will create discipline and respect for the country where they are living.

Raghubir Lal Anand is an ordinary author and belongs to a lower middle class family of Khukhrains (Khokhars) but if I have said anything not liked by the people, I apologies.

The refugees from Syria going to Germany and other European counties should be also roped on this type of discipline so that they may not raise their ugly designs like other Islamists.

I am shocked to know that Col Santosh Mahadik, martyred in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir on 17 November 2015, honoured not only by Army but with Raghubir Lal Anand with 125 Crore people of my incredible India.

I pay my deep felt condolences to the family of Col Santosh Mahadik presently living in Maharashtra and all his army colleagues in Jammu & Kashmir and also to the Chief of Army Gen Dalbir Singh Suhag and Defense Minister Manohar Gopalkrishna Prabhu Parrikar.

This the second incident and in my blog on 29 Jan 2015, I had mentioned the name of “Colonel M N Rai” who was martyred in the same manner in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, a day after he was awarded Yudh Seva Medal on Republic Day.

Since, P.M. Modi has come the incidents of infiltration and LOC border violations are on increase and innocent people and army Jawans are being killed by Pakistani terrorist and locals.

Modi Ji’s “befitting reply” has not worked and situation is J&K is deteriorating day by day and the strategy seems to a big failure.

P.M. Modi is requested to do something in this.

This is the culmination of ideology adopted by Hurriyat leader professor Ali Shah Geelani. That pelting stones, beheading army people, killing and declaration of Bandhs and Hartals (Strikes) is Islamic religious obligation and Kashmiris will do this to attain Azadi.

Mohan Bhagwat, Yogi Adityanath, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Sakshi Maharaj and P.M. Narendra Modi are harmless creatures as far as Muslims are concerned.

They cannot kill even a Murgi (hen), how they can harm and kill Muslims in this beautiful incredible India? This is a million dollar question and concept of the Himalayan heights and minorities should not fear from these people.

There is no intolerance in the above creatures and they are with their Muslims brothers and sisters with honor and dignity and in a composite Sufi culture with our Saints and Rishis developed since entry of Muslims in Bharatkhande.

Raghubir Lal Anand requests all the community that Hindu-Muslim unity is a must and should not be diluted at any cost.

P.M. Modi’s visit to U.K. was a big success for P.M. David William Donald Cameron from 12 November 2015 To 14 November 2015.

Chants of Modi Modi are usual during his visits to the foreign country and he has become a very popular and an important world leader. What India gained from his visit is unclear, but the horrific incident of 13^th November in Paris made this visit unforgettable for all times to come.

Raghubir Lal Anand does not know that U.K., France, other European countries and USA will do anything on the terrorism being practiced by Pakistan lobby. Specially in J&K (India) the situation is grim and day by day getting bad to worse.

P.M. Modi should not look for any help from European nations as well as from USA as they consider Pakistan as their Pawn and using it for mercantilism in the South-Asia.

India should have a lesson from France as there is a similarity in the killing of innocent persons at 6 places. ISIS and Pakistani based terrorists have using deferent modules in all the states of India and active 24x7 and can do any subversive at any time, IM, SIMI, LET, ISI, ISIS and other such cells are prevailing in all the states. On the Other Day 16 November 2015, I wrote in my blog regarding visit of Raheel Sharif, the army chief of Pakistan.

Yesterday, itself on 16^th November 2015, Nawaz Sharif P.M. of Pakistan took advantage of U.S. visit and issued a letter to hardline separatist leader Asiya Andrabi saying Pakistan "knows its responsibility towards Kashmir" and will continue to take it up globally.

The Govt. of India should stick only on the above point of 1947 and tell the Pakistan to get out from POK, otherwise the consequences shall be fatal and India will have to use force.

C.M. Siddaramaiah is celebrating the birth anniversary of Tipu Sultan on 10^th November 2015.

“On November 10, a 67-year-old VHP leader was killed after falling off a wall while trying to dodge bricks thrown by protesters in Kodagu. A day later, a Muslim man succumbed to a bullet injury he suffered apparently while participating in a pro-Tipu protest.”

Raghubir Lal Anand observes that history written earlier by the historians was not honest but distorted. The history was written to appease the regime of that time, those days there was no media facility “print or electronics” and kings and sultans used to get the history written as per their sweet will.

Time has changed now and C.M. should see the writing on wall of looming ISIS threat to our country and Pakistan dirty bomb and the mood of Muslims living in this country like Owasi in Andhra and Azam Khan in U.P., Dawood in Bombay, Bhatkals in Karnataka and Muslim living in Kerla wants to make Makkah-Madina as good as located in Soudi Arabia. The happening in France cannot be ignored.

India has not learned any lesson from the horrific happening of France conducted by ISIS. Modi Govt. is under playing the threat but they should see the writing on the wall.

1.   The Statement of a Muslim lady from Andhra Pradesh who advocated ‘beheading’ of Shia Muslims as a obligation and validity in Shariyat laws of Islam. She advocated Caliph type of regime.

2.   Stoning, arranging ‘Bandhs’ and ‘Hartals’, beheading the enemies of Allah, religious demonstrations, ethnic cleansing, conversions and terrorism of Jihad is valid in Islam that is what Ali Shah Geelani advocates for the valley of Kashmir.

3.   7 Lacs Kashmiri Pundits have been thrown out from Kashmir and more than 25 years have passed there is no sign of their return, no justice, no rehabilitation, still rotting in the camps. Modi Govt. is mute on this issue.

4.   There is no difference between Pakistani terrorists and ISIS as they are chips of same block. The modus operandi used on 26/11 in Mumbai is akin to French attack on 13 November 2015. Similarity proves that it has been done in the same manner.

Raghubir Lal Anand wonders as to how P.M. Modi is dismissing the facts that ISIS has no immediate threat to India, he should know almost daily in the Jama Masjid of Sri Nagar (J&K). Pakistani and ISIS flags are hoisted and almost daily there is a happening on the LOC and IB killing the innocent people.
