Water Emergency 2019 – Modi-2 Government

Election was in process, I raised this issue of water scarcity / water emergency.

Thanks Modi-2 government for taking feeble action.

Government has to be serious and common man should be involved into the process of water conservations.

Otherwise, the existence of human race and other creatures will perish.
