Sanskrit Prayers in Kendriya Vidyalaya referred to 5-Judge bench

Om asato mā sad gamaya,

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।

tamaso mā jyotir gamaya,

तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।

mṛtyor mā amṛtaṃ gamaya,

PIL filled by Veenayak Shah asks for ‘stop’ recital of shlokas in KVs. Violate rights of Muslims, Christians, atheists, agnostics, sceptics, rationalists etc.

I also add Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Vandemataram, Jai Bharat, Jai Bharat Mata, Jai Mata Di should also be debated in the SC.

SC should clear his views as these Shlokas & Slogans has nothing to do with Hindu Religion or Hindu Dharma.

They are universal truth and derived from Vedas.
