Boys aged between 9 and 14 gang raped an 8 year old girl near Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

The boys on July 10^th watched pornography on mobile phone.

In my earlier blogs on 04 Jan 2018, I wrote pornography, mobile culture (net), substandard education are causes of juvenile rape.

I also suggested Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad to ban pornography material on web and not allow for India but he didn’t blink.
