There is no infirmity with the awarding Bharat Ratna to Veer Savarkar who founded Hindu Rashtra and ignited nationalism on Hindu values & culture.

He was sent to Kala Pani and other atrocities perpetrated on him during jail. He never apologized on his mission and gave several reformative ideas for Hindus and disposal of Gau Mata in old age.

HM Amit Shah rightly affirmed that history was distorted by invaders and it has to be written afresh.

My salute to Veer Savarkar, he excelled Hindu Nationalism & Virtues of Hindutva.
