It’s a matter of pride that a Former Foreign Secretary should initiate sorting out Kashmir muddle with Pakistan.
He should talk for Siachen Glacier first and ceasefire violation by Pakistan on LOC.
Peace is the prime & primary need settle in Kashmir.
