Situation volatile &
hostile. Civilians with the dictate of Hurriyat pelting stones, firing,
killing, hurling granites on security & also mob-lynching.
Hoisting Pak flags, raising
anti-army & anti-police slogans.
Where the army
personnel should go for FIR?
