The Supreme Court’s initiative to scrutinize gender
discrimination in Islamic Laws of Marriage and Divorce. Met its first challenge
when Jamaat E Ulema Hind a Maharashtra based organization. On Friday said the
personal law drew its authority from the Quran and not from the constitution.
Raghubir Lal Anand feels that Quran is only for
recitation and all the other rules and Fatwas comes from Hadith.
Today, Islamic Laws have entered in the SC and
tomorrow they will force Shariyat.
The
Chief Justice of India Tirath Singh Thakur should see that the Govt. of India
cancel the Hajj Money given to Muslims for Pilgrimage to Mecca.
This is a secular country and for vote bank this is
done and the result is Islamic Jihad in the country and birth of SIMI, IM,
Dawood, Pak Lobby and Kashmiri Hurriyat.
