Needless to mention
that one time use plastic items have been banned in Maharashtra by BMC.
Since, BMC inspectors and
engineers take fat bribe from plastic bag manufacturers, traders and users. Litter
of plastic choke drain.
Alternative cheap paper
bag or fabric bag have to be created to stop all this bad practice.
