Can Sealing control Pollution, Unauthorized
Construction and Unplanned Urban Slums?
Certainly yes, if MCD is
out from sealing jobs.
In Germany these types
of jobs are looked after by ‘Building
Police’.
The state organize a
new set up instead of corrupt MCD to look after this.
