For the last 2 Years, Seriously examining the structure
of House tax in Delhi, as victim for a sum of Rs. 18,63,540/- as house tax to
be paid for the year 2016-2017.
Found if somebody
pays Rs. 10,000/- per year as house tax. He will have to pay a bribe of Rs. 25,000/-
Every inspector makes more than Rs. 1 crore every month from house tax payers.
