GST - Goods and Services Tax
GST is the brain child
of Narendra Modi Govt. introduced on 19.12.2014 by FM Arun Jaitley.
The Govt. says, this is
comprehensive bill and will reduce black
money, tax fraud and other benefits as it negates other taxes and duties like Excise
Duty, Sales Tax and Central Sales Tax and other taxes which are levied State to
State.
Raghubir Lal Anand not
agree with the PM Narendra Modi that this is a panacea. Most of the trading community is in the habit of avoiding
taxes and they will find some mechanism to avoid this.
