Budget 2016-2017 – Repeal Article 370
Budget has been announced on Monday, 29/02/2016 by Sh. Arun Jetly, Finance Minister.
People say that the Budget is visionless, directionless and useless for the common-man.
Raghubir Lal Anand regrets that 2% Cess has not been given in the Budget for the relief and rehabilitation of 62000 Kashmiri Pundits who wants to go back to their Home Land.
Even after 26 years, Kashmiri Pundits are rotting in the camps and dingy places.
Kashmir is an integral part of India.
